Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) is well known as the landmark in Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia. This stunning township in Malaysia consists of the world top brand hotels (Grand Hyatt, Mandarin Oriental, Traders Hotel By Shangri-La and Four Seasons Hotel), the premier shopping complex - Suria KLCC and the state of the art Grade A office towers (Petronas Twin Towers, Petronas Tower 3 and Ilham Tower). One shall never forget KLCC is also one of the most prestigious and expensive residential addresses hosting many renowned developments such as The Binjai On The Park, The Troika and One KL. This is not the end of the overall developments in KLCC. After the presence of Four Seasons Private Residences Kuala Lumpur in 2018, soon we will welcome other branded developments in KLCC skyline - Oxley Towers (So Sofitel Hotel & Residences and Jumeirah Hotel & Residences) and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
Today we witness one of the largest township transformation on this 100 acre land in the Malaysia history. Many Malaysians may not know the original site was occupied from Selangor Turf Club since 1896. In the 1980s, the traffic volume along Jalan Ampang was terribly horrible during the weekend race days. At the same time, there was no any world class landmark in the capital of Malaysia. Idea came from the fourth Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir, to shift the turf club to the suburban and vacant the site for the new pride of the country - KLCC, a concept of the “City Within The City”.
