KL CITY CENTRE ( KLCC )


Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) is well known as the landmark in Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia. Today we witness one of the largest township transformation on this 100 acre land in the Malaysia history. Many Malaysians may not know the original site was occupied from Selangor Turf Club since 1896. In the 1980s, the traffic volume along Jalan Ampang was terribly horrible during the weekend race days. Idea came from the fourth Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir, to shift the turf club to the suburban and vacant the site for the new pride of the country - KLCC, a concept of the “City Within The City”.
